This is my latest creation! A Hello Kitty Die-Cut head cake sitting on a Wilton Roses garden. A strawberry marble sponge cake as a base and a vanilla flavour sponge cake shaped in a Hello Kitty Die-Cut design. Kawaii!!!!

Hello Kitty Sweet Fantasy Cake

July 1st was my darling Carmen's 3 years old birthday. As she has requested for a Hello Kitty cake, I have made this Hello Kitty Sweet Fantasy cake. It has fresh strawberries fillings and chocolate sponge cake as a base.
