July Special Creations

In the month of July, I have done some special creations on requests as well as a change of the usual comby of ingredients.

Lemon Mousse Peach Cake

This is a very refreshing cake as the lemon mousse filling married well with peaches as a filling. The cake sponge is a lemon flavoured sponge cake. Great for hot weather in July!

New York Cheese Cake

This version of New York Cheese Cake is diffferent from store bought. I have changed the usual glaze to jam base for a refeshing taste. The jam is a special recipe that I have created for this special cake.

Chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate!

In the month of June, I have decided to make all sorts of chocolate cakes. Here are 4 new cakes to add on to my list.
Chocolate Mousse Cake

Rich flavor of chocolate cake with feathery light mousse fillings.

Ultimate Chocolate Fudge Cake

For all chocolate lovers - chocolate sponge cake, rich dark chocolate fudge and top with Hershey coco powder.

Strawberries Chocolate Cake

Fresh strawberries with chocolate cream fillings with chocolate sponge cake base. The best of both worlds!

Black & White - Oreo Cake

Crushed oreo and cream fillings on chocolate sponge cake base.

New Cakes Creations Part IV

This is the last series of my upload today. This is the refreshing fruits series. I have included my pandan fudge cake in this last segment.

Mini Fresh Fruit Rolls.
They are swiss rolls with orange mousse cream and decorated with fresh fruits.

Duo Delight - I have done a series of duo delight cakes in 11 x 6 inches and mini sizes of 6 x 6 inches.

This cake has 2 flavors. On one end is Strawberry Mousse Cake and the other end is RockMelon Mousse Cake.

My iphone camera does not do justice to this cake! It is a very beautiful cake but the lighting is too dim to reflect the brightness.

This is a Fresh Mango Mousse Cake
The cake base is Mango Flavoured.

Mixed Fruits Mousse Cake.
Base is vanilla. Optional - Orange Flavour.

Fillings are created using mixed fruits. It is a refreshing change for all my cakes that have only 1 type of fruit.

Rockmelon mousse cake. A lot of people asked me how I did the rockmelon balls. With a fruit scoop, of course!
This is one of my uniquely created designs and not available in shops! The fillings taste like sorbet ice-cream! It is one of my favourite cake of all time!

Pandan Fudge Cake. This is the same as those you can find in Bangawan Solo except that mine is not so sweet. For those who have eaten my cakes before would know that I make my cakes less sweet than those you can find in shops.

This is the last batch for now. For those who have requested for my cookies, mooncakes, strudels, pies, and other kueh-kueh photos, till the next time, when all of you bugged me enough, I will load it up more quickly! Thank you for visiting my blog site! ^ ^
