Over the Rainbow Cake and Chocolate Peach Cake
Over the Rainbow
For my Darling son, Carl Chan, who turns 6 on 10th Oct, I have made this Over the Rainbow cake for him! Full butter cream cake with icing on top.
Chocolate Peach Cake
Peaches and Chocolate go really well with each other. Slices of sweet peaches on soft chocolate sponge cake. Dark chocolate toppings with golden toasted almond slices to compliment the cake.

Designer Bag Cake
It is specially carved into your dream bag, complete with zip, handles and leather look-alike trimmings! Except that, this bag cannot be kept for long as it is fully edible! One more thing, you can't open the zip and put your stuff in! After all, it is a cake! :)
Photo Cakes with Edible Icing
This cake design is made with printable and edible icing sheet and edible ink. All fully edible. Any kinds of pictures can be printed for the cakes. This tall cake is my own creation called "Neapolitan Sponge Cake". Like the famous Neapolitan Ice-Cream, it consists of Vanilla, Strawberry and Chocolate layers sponge cakes and fresh fruits fillings. Good to look at and yummy to eat!

Green Tea Cream Cake
This is one of new fave creation! Green tea sponge cake with green tea cream fillings and topping. Complete with green tea powder dusting. The sides are sponge fingers to complete the look. It is one of the most refreshing cakes I have ever created and great for those who does not like the usual cakes in the market.
Singapore National Day Cake
I did this cake on the August. In celebration of Singapore's Birthday, I did a free hand draw on SG national flag complete with our national flower, Orchid.
24-D Durian Cream Cake
This is one of the most tantalizing cake creation. Pure 24-D durian fillings blend to perfection with whipping cream. Vanilla soft sponge holding the perfect durian cream. The design has some spikes to resemble the durian design and gradient yellow color all around the cake.

July Special Creations
In the month of July, I have done some special creations on requests as well as a change of the usual comby of ingredients.
Lemon Mousse Peach Cake
This is a very refreshing cake as the lemon mousse filling married well with peaches as a filling. The cake sponge is a lemon flavoured sponge cake. Great for hot weather in July!
New York Cheese Cake
This version of New York Cheese Cake is diffferent from store bought. I have changed the usual glaze to jam base for a refeshing taste. The jam is a special recipe that I have created for this special cake.

Little Garden Design - Birthday cake for St. Andrew's Cat. Church in May
As per the request of my good sister, Grace Ho, here is the photo of the cake that you have ordered for St Andrew's Cath Church in May. This is the Little Garden cake photo. It weighed approx. 4kg and the size is 12" x 12". Fillings for this cake is mango mousse and mango sponge cake. All decos on top of cake are hand-piped.

New Cakes Creations Part IV
This is the last series of my upload today. This is the refreshing fruits series. I have included my pandan fudge cake in this last segment.
Mini Fresh Fruit Rolls.
They are swiss rolls with orange mousse cream and decorated with fresh fruits.
Duo Delight - I have done a series of duo delight cakes in 11 x 6 inches and mini sizes of 6 x 6 inches.
This cake has 2 flavors. On one end is Strawberry Mousse Cake and the other end is RockMelon Mousse Cake.
My iphone camera does not do justice to this cake! It is a very beautiful cake but the lighting is too dim to reflect the brightness.

New Cakes Creations Part III
This is Part III of my new cakes creations. I have created a number of chocolate cake series for Autumn. However, I did not take photos of all the chocolate cakes that I have baked. Special creations such as Opera cakes (layered cakes) are one of my specialities. In the future, if I bake it again, I will take a picture to show you how does it looks like.

New Creations Part II
This is part II of my new creations - The strawberries series.
Carribean Coconut Cake.
Base is strawberry flavoured with strawberry custard fillings, decorated with freshly grinded coconut.
Strawberry short cake.
Base is vanilla flavour with lots of strawberries fillings. Note that the cream is liquor based but I made it very light and you won't get drunk eating this cake!
Strawberry white chocolate cake.
Similar to Strawberry Short Cake but the fillings and the cream base is different. This cake contains white chocolate.

New Cakes Creations in the last 6 months (Oct 08-Mar 09) - Part I
This is the long awaited updates of all the cakes creations I have done for the last 6 months. As there are too many creations, I have to break down the uploads to 4 parts.
Fairy Tales Series - Hansel and Gretal House. The whole cake is edible except for the pine trees.
This cake consist of both sponge cake and butter cake.
Special Flavoured Series - Yam Mousse Cake.
Base can be any flavours. This one is Coffee.
The classic Black Forest Cake. Base is Chocolate with Black Pitted cherries.
Base is selectable. This one is Orange flavoured.
