Over the RainbowFor my Darling son, Carl Chan, who turns 6 on 10th Oct, I have made this Over the Rainbow cake for him! Full butter cream cake with icing on top.
Chocolate Peach Cake
Peaches and Chocolate go really well with each other. Slices of sweet peaches on soft chocolate sponge cake. Dark chocolate toppings with golden toasted almond slices to compliment the cake.
