Green Tea Cream Cake

This is one of new fave creation! Green tea sponge cake with green tea cream fillings and topping. Complete with green tea powder dusting. The sides are sponge fingers to complete the look. It is one of the most refreshing cakes I have ever created and great for those who does not like the usual cakes in the market.




Singapore National Day Cake

I did this cake on the August. In celebration of Singapore's Birthday, I did a free hand draw on SG national flag complete with our national flower, Orchid.





24-D Durian Cream Cake
This is one of the most tantalizing cake creation. Pure 24-D durian fillings blend to perfection with whipping cream. Vanilla soft sponge holding the perfect durian cream. The design has some spikes to resemble the durian design and gradient yellow color all around the cake.
